The conference will be held in person as the main format. However, select sessions will be made available for on-demand streaming after the conference. The conference and streaming periods are as follows:

Program and Abstract Book Purchase

The Program and Abstract Book will be sent in advance to members of the Japanese Society of Myeloma (as of April 18, 2025).
Other participants may purchase a copy for ¥1,000 at the on-site Information Desk. Please note that payment is cash only.

Co-sponsored Seminars

  • Boxed meals and light refreshments will be provided at the Pre-opening Seminar, Morning Seminars, Luncheon Seminars, and Evening Seminars. Please note that the number of meals is limited.
  • No tickets will be distributed. Please go directly to the seminar venue.
  • Entry will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

General Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Any disruptive or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Please switch off your mobile devices or set them to silent mode, and refrain from making phone calls inside the venue.
  • Keep your valuables with you at all times and be mindful of theft.

Session Management

All sessions will be moderated by chairs and other staff members. Please follow their instructions to ensure smooth proceedings.

Photography, Recording, and Press Coverage

  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording during sessions are strictly prohibited, except by authorized staff or registered media personnel.
  • Still photography is permitted before and after sessions, or during breaks.
  • Please refrain from photographing anyone without their permission.
