Online Registration
The 50th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Myeloma will be held in-person and on-demand.
All registrations for the meeting will be made online.
Online registration is required prior to the meeting.
Please note that there will be no on-site registration on the day of the meeting.

We will hold a reception for members so that all participants can deepen their friendship and enjoy the Annual Meeting more.

- You can apply on the system at the time of registration. You can also register on My Page after completing registration.
- Registration will be closed when the number of participants reaches 250.
- A shuttle bus will be available from the Congress venue to Hotel Metropolitan Takasaki.

Only credit card payment is accepted for the registration (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).
*Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.
Cancellation policy
Please note that once you have registered and completed the payment, the registration cannot be canceled for any reason. We will not refund the fee so please check your registration status and category before registration.
How to receive your name card, receipt and certificate of attendance.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email with the "Notice of Completion of Payment and Registration" and the registration process will be completed.
The "Notice of Completion of Payment and Registration" e-mail will contain the URL of My Page and the registration ID and password to log in.
